- Cosmetics and Makeup Brushes: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics and makeup brushes unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.
- Bluetooth Speakers, Pajamas, Contact Lenses: For non-cosmetic items such as Bluetooth speakers, pajamas, and contact lenses, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Non-Cosmetic Items: For non-cosmetic items that are returned in accordance with our return policy, we will process a refund for the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Cosmetics: Refunds for cosmetics will only be processed if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Refunds will not be issued for cosmetics due to personal preference or allergic reactions.
